  •  Ready to Use MTS solution
  • Carbogen (95% oxygen and 5% carbon dioxide) supply is necessary for proper Bicarbonate pH buffering.

Instructions for use:

Ready to use:

For 1000 ml MTS Solution:

  1. Oxygenate 500 ml Base A for 10 min
  2. Add slowly 500 ml Base B
  3. Oxygenate ACSF Solution during use

pH 7.4 when oxygenated with 95% O2, 5% CO2 (Carbogene)

Use immediately once opened. Store at 4 - 8 °C

 

Ional composition of MTS Solution (Base A + Base B)

NaCl = 126,7 mM

KCl = 5,4 mM

CaCl2 = 1,8 mM

MgCl2 = 1,05 mM

NaH2PO4 = 0,42 mM

NaHCO3 = 22 mM

Glucose = 5 mM
